I have created a link (under the lightning) but when I export the diagram to a pdf-file the link does not go to the website. The link does work when I am still in Lucidchart. What is going wrong?

Hi Sashia thanks for posting in the Lucid Community!
I am unable to reproduce what you are describing on my end web links work in exported PDFs. When you export your document as a PDF every type of hotspot action except layer toggling should remain active. This is because layers require the Lucidchart editor to function.
Since further troubleshooting will require some sensitive information I have created a 1:1 support ticket from this post and I will follow up via email with additional questions.
