Hi there
I have made a bunch of flow charts and have now gone back into some where the lines connecting one text box to another are now going up through the middle of the text box and not connecting on the outside of the text box as originally saved. How can i fix this?
Hi Justin! Thanks for reaching out in the community. Would you mind trying to open the document in an incognito window to rule out browser interference? You could also try turning off WebGL. This can be done by going to View > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option. If neither of these fix the issue please submit a support ticket and attach the document URL so we can take a closer look!
