I have an AWS environment which uses both a NLB and an ALB. Our traffic is routed from the NLB to the ALB. However Lucid is not depicting this with lines. When I add lines to the View I don't see any option to show lines to/from an NLB. Is there a way I can have Lucid add these types of connections as lines in the diagram?

Hi Seth thanks for posting in the community. Unfortunately NLB's are not currently a resource Lucidscale supports. For a complete list of supported AWS resources please review the Import and Manage AWS Infrastructure Data article from the Lucidscale Help Center.
However in order to see more clearly how this relates to your model I have moved this conversation to a Support ticket so that we can take a closer look your situation. Please keep an eye out for an email from Lucid Support.
