License request notifications

Who receives the email notifications when a user requests a license? Also how do employees generate this email if only SAML login is enabled?

Thanks for posting! All members of the admin team (i.e. the team administrator and the account owner) should receive license request notifications.

And employees do not generate the email. Our software platform generates it automatically if the new user does not receive a license.

Thanks for reaching out in the community. If you go to team at the top of the home page> click on licensing> select notifications> this allows you to select one of two options:

1. you can select to receive the emails immediately

2. you receive a single weekly digest of license requests

Those are the two options that are available within Lucidchart. Thanks for using Lucidchart!
