License granted and received via email but still can't use site

Hi - I received an notification that I was granted access to the "Lucid Enterprise Account" and asked to complete my registration which I did. But when I access the site it doesn't recognise I've been added and keeps asking me to request a license. Can you please have a look what the issue is? Thanks. 

Hi Ruwani thanks for the post! You were successfully added to the account as a view-only user. If you are wanted to create or edit documents you would indeed need to request a license which is why you are being prompted to.


If you believe this was a mistake you will need to reach out to someone internally as we do not have permissions to grant licenses on accounts. Hope this helps!
