level 0 DFD APA referencing

Hi I had drawn a level 0 Diagram Flow Chart using Lucidchart.

once I finished drawing I copied then pasted it to microsoft word 2016 It appears good as I expected.

The questiona are should I consider Lucidchard as a computer software? if so who is the license holder? how do I write it down into APA referencing style?

I just want to make sure that I do the right things

Thanks for reaching out. Since you are the creator and owner of the diagrams you can use them however you would like. Others who have used diagrams in books or publications have cited the diagram image with "Created in Lucidchart (www.lucidchart.com)" - feel free to do the same. Hope this helps!
