Layers not showing up when exporting to PDFPNG or PTT.

Hi

I have been working with your product for going on 5 years. Right now I have been trying to export a single page at a time with none of the layers showing up after they are downloaded. Is this a bug?

Hi Nick

Thanks for reaching out! To download a page of a document that includes all of the layers you will have to make sure that the visibility of the layers is synced. Please see the Create Multi-Layered Diagrams for more information about syncing visibility and downloading a PDF with layers.

If the issue persists can you please test with a second document to determine if this issue is specific to the one document or occurring across all docs in your account?
