Layers are flickering and glitching in Lucidchart

Hi Yusuf thanks for posting in the community. Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

If those don’t resolve the problem can you please send the following information to our support team via this form so we can take a closer look?

• The URL to your document.
• A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

I too am having the same problem. This only happens on my larger projects. I'll try to get a recording and link to it next time it happens.

I am having the same problem. Relatedly colors are more dim/dark when editing than they are when I export the image.

I tried the suggestion above to disable WebGL and both the flickering and dim colors are resolved. Hope this helps others too.
