When I present a document the laser point looks to be active after I click the laser pointer button, but when clicking it changes to the document moving hand and simply moves the document. I’m on a Mac in Chrome. Any tips?

I am also on a mac/chrome combo, and I’m not able to replicate this. Can you try opening the document in an incognito window and see if the problem persists?
Yes, same in incognito. What happens when you click and try to use laser pointer in present mode? Can I submit a ticket somewhere for someone to take a look?
