Among my biggest irritation with LucidChart (on Mac) is that it uses Shift+Cmd+D for duplicating an object instead of Cmd+D like virtually every other app. Therefore if I'm using LucidChart and Figma side by side I have to continually switch my mindset and that's cognitively exhausting. Can you guys at least make the keyboard shortcut customizable by users? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out in the community. I am sorry that you are having trouble with our keyboard shortcuts. An alternative that you can use is hold the "alt" key and click on the shape you would like to duplicate and drag your cursor away from the shape. We currently do not have the capability to customize your keyboard shortcuts but I think that's a great idea. Do you mind adding your idea to our feature request form? Thanks for your request!
