Some users in our community have reported running into an authentication loop when trying to import Jams from Jamboard into Lucid. This may be happening if your Jams are in a different Google account than the one you have connected to Lucid. To resolve this issue:
- Login into your Lucid account.
- Click your profile image or initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Apps & Integrations from the navigation on the left-hand side.
- Select Lucidspark at the top of the page.
- Under the “Google Drive” section, click Unlink Account.
- Refresh the page in your browser.
- Under the “Google Drive” section, click Link to Drive.
- Follow the authentication steps to link Lucid to the Drive account that has your Jams.
- Retry importing a Jam into Lucid following these steps.
