Some users in our community have reported running into an authentication loop when trying to import Jams from Jamboard into Lucid. This may be happening if your Jams are in a different Google account than the one you have connected to Lucid. To resolve this issue:

  1. Login into your Lucid account.
  2. Click your profile image or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Click Apps & Integrations from the navigation on the left-hand side.
  5. Select Lucidspark at the top of the page.
  6. Under the “Google Drive” section, click Unlink Account.
  7. Refresh the page in your browser.
  8. Under the “Google Drive” section, click Link to Drive.
  9. Follow the authentication steps to link Lucid to the Drive account that has your Jams.
  10. Retry importing a Jam into Lucid following these steps.
