On a Mac running both Chrome and Safari when dragging a png or jpg on to a Lucid Chart Diagram the Chrome browser adds it to the diagram. On the Safari browser it clears the browser window and I have to reload the whole diagram.

Thanks for posting in the community. This issue has been reported to our development team.
A simple work around is to import your images through the image manager (rather than clicking and dragging them onto the canvas). As you mentioned this issue is specific to Safari so using Chrome or Firefox will also resolve the issue.
