Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! We do have templates for Salesforce visualization. You can check them out by searching "Salesforce" in our template gallery. 

If you don't find what you are looking for please let us know by filling out our feature request form. We're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Ideas submitted to this form are passed on to the product development team for their consideration. 

Additionally if you end up making your own template - we'd love to see it! Feel free to post it here to share with others.
