Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a way to track user activity in Lucidchart, similar to Google Sheets' Activity Dashboard. Specifically, I'd like to see how many times users (both real people and automated processes, such as those shown on Salesforce Knowledge Articles) have viewed a document and when.

Additionally, I need to track how often a document is visited. This data would help me assess whether the document is actually being used or if it could be merged with another document or even discontinued.

Does Lucidchart offer any built-in tools for this, or are there any workarounds (such as integrations or reports) that provide similar insights? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Gabriele

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Lucid does have a similar functionality called usage data. However, it is only available to Enterprise accounts. Usage data displays the following:

  • Licenses used
  • Pending license requests
  • Total users
  • Total documents
  • Document views (in total)
  • Documents edited
  • Document shares
