I will be conducting a series of workshops using LucidSpark. I would like to know who added certain content to the board after the the workshop is completed. For example if a user added a sticky note I'd like to know which logged in user added it. Is there a way to see this?

Hi @Daniel M thanks for posting in the community! Lucidspark doesn't track which Guest Collaborator made which changes in a Lucidspark board. For more information on Guest Collaboration and all of the features available please review this Help Center article.
As a workaround if you are brainstorming with a small to medium sized group you can assign each participant a sticky note color. This way you can remember later who shared which ideas!
