It does not a have rotate option like when I import pics or create custom shape and my power strips are vertical 
is there a way to rotate the Powerstrip shape under Server Racks?

Thanks for posting in the community! Unfortunately there is not currently a way to rotate the Power Strip shape or other server rack diagram shapes. Would you mind adding these requests to our feature request form? All requests are passed directly onto the product development team. Thank you!
