I need a way to attach (perferably right to the diagram but as links to external documents would also be ok) descriptions of what given elements represent. Specifically I want to be able to pull sections out of an SOW and cut/paste them into descriptive bubbles (or whatnot) that are attached to individual items in the flow.
Is this possible?
Hi Genia Thanks for posting! One way of approaching this as you mentioned would be to link the shapes to external documents. We have a great Help Center article called Layers Links and Hotspots that can teach you how to do this. Another way of including descriptions on your diagrams would be using the "Note" in the Standard Shapes category to serve like a sticky note that can include extra information about the individual items in the flow.
