I've found a few hot keys I didn't know about while browsing through the forums (Like ⌥ + mouse to move canvas and ⌘+G to group) and a few are mentioned in UI menus (L for line draw) but is there a master list somewhere?

When you're in a document press F1 or click on "Help" in the menu bar across the top and choose "Hotkey Reference." That list captures the majority if not all of them.
