I am creating an org chart, and all of our staff have their own grade. Is it possible Lucidchart can base on my data and logic to sort those shapes? As my situation is… when I imported data in system, then system put those shapes in alphabetical order. So some of the general staff shape are upper then manager… Is there any way to sort by grade?

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! If you would like to sort your data before importing your data, I would recommend setting up your data similarly to the outline in this Help Center article.
