I have reviewed several how to articles that say to double tap on the text to change it but I am using the latest LucidCharts app on an iPad Pro with iOS 12.4 and it seems like I cannot get the text to change at all no matter what I do: resize change double tap click on settings nothing works. I cannot change the text of the component. Double tapping on the text with the Apple Pencil does not seem to work either. I just never get the keyboard to appear.

I have an iPad Pro with iOS 12.4 with the Apple Pencil and Keyboard Folio.

Thanks

Hi Dimitrios

Thanks for posting on the community! The text-editing function in the iOS app can be found at the bottom of the screen in the 'Formatting' section of the toolbar seen below:

When you click on this icon a screen should appear with formatting options:

From here simply select the 'Text' option next to 'Shape' and you'll be able to access all of the text-editing features:

This should allow you to edit the text in your document! Please let me know if you continue to experience any issues editing text in the iOS app or if you have any questions about this tool!
