I wonder if you'd be able to try using Lucidchart on your iPad if you're going through the Chrome app and pulling it up as a website link rather than a Lucid iOS app. Best of luck!

Another useful tip for accessing your files offline is to ensure that you first open the documents you want to edit in Google Chrome or Firefox browsers before attempting to access them offline. While offline you will not be able to access your documents list or open new or existing documents.
