Hi, I followed the instructions for integrating a Smartsheet Kanban and a Lucid kanban. It kind of worked but all I get in Lucid is a bounding box with no content. It’s invisible when not selected? Not sure what is going on.

- Could you send a screenshot of the issue so I can see what you’re seeing?
- Do you receive any error upon import? If so, can you send a screenshot of this as well?
- How many smart sheet rows are you attempting to import? If you try only a few at a time, are you able to import those?
- Could you try the import in new blank Lucidspark board and let me know if the issue persists?
- What browser are you using? Could you try this in an private/incognito window?
