Thanks for your post! Unfortunately it's not currently possible to import data and generate an inverted org chart in Lucidchart. We do however have a basic template for an inverted org chart that you can access here. If this is a functionality that you'd like to see added to Lucidchart in the future please submit a feature request form. Feedback submitted to this form is passed on to our product development team for consideration.
