Hi,
I have imported Jira issues from different projects into a Lucid Spark Board via the integration. I know I can create Jira tickets from Lucid and then it updates in Jira, however this is not the ideal use case.

Does the integration work the other way around? So when I create an issue in Jira and refresh the Lucid Page can I see the newly created ticket in the Lucid Board?

I tried to test this and the last scenario does not seem to auto update, and I also cannot find a way to update with deltas only. please can someone assist?

Thank you kindly

@Marlene ,

Thank you for confirming and sharing additional details. Right now it is not possible for the Lucid board to automatically import an issue, or to automatically remove those with a done status. I am sharing this feedback internally, and checking to see if we have a process that would work for you.

Good morning Marlene,

In reading your description, it sounds like you expected a new issue created in Jira to automatically appear in Lucidspark without having to import the issue? Did I read that correctly?

Good morning Shantel, yes that is correct. Even if it is possible to refresh the JQL query to import new tickets (the delta of the original import) and to remove tickets with a done status since the last import would be great to have.
