Hi Sophie thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! With Google Integrations often times unlinking and relinking your Google Account with Lucidchart will fix most issues. Can you try removing and re-adding this integration? You can review our Google Add-on article from the Lucidchart Help Center if needed!

There are a couple of specific things worth noting when working with our Add-ons:

• Would you mind connecting to a different network to rule out any connection issues?


• Could you also try opening the Google Doc/Slide/Sheet in an incognito window to rule out browser interference?


• If you remove the diagram and then reinsert it does that resolve the issue?


• If your diagram isn’t updating would you mind verifying that the correct diagram is inserted? In some cases if users have multiple similar diagrams they may have inserted a different one.

The issue could be coming from the internet connection as well as browser extensions and security. Working through the process in an incognito window will let us know if the error is coming from either of these.
