Hello, I need to integrate Teams and LucidCharts, but they are on different accounts. Is it still possible?

Hi @Sedi

Yes, it is possible, can you give a try from the Microsoft AppSource with your separate Lucidchart credentials and keep us posted if you see any road blocks.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi @Sedi, thank you for posting your question in the Lucid Community! Thank you @Humas1985 for your help here!

@Sedi can you confirm that you are hoping integrate Lucid with Microsoft Teams? If your accounts are under different email addresses, no worries. The integration should work all the same.

For more information on setting up the integration, I would recommend reviewing our Microsoft Teams article from the Lucid Help Center, and let me know if you have any questions about the intended functionality. You will need to install the Lucidchart/Lucidspark app before you are able to use the integration. If you experience any trouble with this, your admin for your organization's Microsoft Teams account may need to first enable your ability to install it. They can learn how to do this here.

To install the Lucidchart app or the Lucidspark app for Microsoft Teams for just your account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Microsoft App Store by selecting microsoft-teams-apps-icon.jpg the Apps icon from the left-hand menu.
  2. Search "Lucidchart" or “Lucidspark” in the search bar at the top of the window.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Once you select the app, follow the prompts to connect your Lucid account.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
