Hi there

I am wanting to insert external hyperlinks into a flowchart I have developed. Is this at all possible?

Ideally I would like to insert a hyperlink over a word (not the full weblink).

Is there any way you can also hyperlink to a pdf document?

Thanks.

Hi Karla

Thanks for posting in the community.

Of course there are multiple ways to use hyperlinks within Lucidchart. In a nutshell, just select the text or shape you'd like to add the link to and then click on the link button in the toolbar at the top of the editor. From there, you can add the URL you want to link to. Alternatively, you can use the ctrl/cmd +K keyboard shortcut to open this menu, or access it by right-clicking and choosing Link.

For more detailed instructions please refer to this article from our Help Center: Add an Action or link to a shape in Lucidchart.

Hope this helps let us know if you have other questions!
