Inserting and Managing Lines in an Org Chart

Question

I am working on an Org Chart in Lucidchart. I can't see how to manually add a line to show some additional relationships. In the Upper Left there is no line insert icon only drop down menus for Layout and Shapes.

I also can't change the connecting lines to have end point arrows on them.
Also I want to shorten the length of some of the individual connecting lines and can't see how to do that either. I can highlight a connecting line but the only thing I get is Reset Line

Finally how do I change the default settings in terms of the font type and font size?

It is not supported natively in the org chart editor tool, howeverhere iscommunity post that provides some workarounds to help you get a similar effect.You can change the font type size and other formatting features of your org chart by following the instructions outlined in this help center article.Hope this helps!
