I'm crating a process map and ocasionally there is a need to link certain steps to a sub-process. How can I link the separate document I created for that sub-process to the relevant step in my main document? I tried linking as a page and as a separate document and it doesn't seem to work. Many thanks.

Thanks for posting in the community. You can link to a specific page from another document by following the instructions laid out in this help center article. Once you have the link in place to trigger the action on a shape use the hotkey reference you see when you hover over the shape. On Mac this is Shift + Command + Click. On PC this is Shift + Ctrl + Click.
If you are following these steps and it still isn't working for you let me know and we can take a closer look.
