Thanks for your post! To verify, do you have an Individual Lucidspark plan subscription but is unable to access boards?
Please note– if you have an individual Lucidchart subscription (and not a Lucidsaprk one), this means you’re on a Free Lucidspark plan, and Free plans are limited to 3 editable boards (the 3 most recent boards are editable, prior boards are view-only).
Could you provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing?
- Are you unable to access boards you created?
- What do you see when trying to access boards? Could you post a screenshot of it?
