I work as a Tech Integration Specialist and I am supporting students and staff to use Lucid and Lucid within Canvas. We also support students with various needs. I was trying to use some of the built in accessibility tools in the iPad and Chromebooks and was unable to. For example, I cannot use speech select to have text from the chart read aloud to me. Is this function an option?

As someone who also uses Lucid’s accessibility features at work, I understand the importance of making sure diagrams are accessible. I would like to direct you to this thread, which started with a similar question.
Basically, things become more complicated the more software and operating systems that are involved (you mentioned Lucid, Canvas, iPad, and Chromebook). Please make sure that all items in the diagram are ordered the way you want them to be read before making any exports. Let me know if you need help with fixing reading order.
