Is there a way to import a visio chart into an existing lucid chart diagram in order to use a standard template (company logo etc)? When I import visio it creates a new lucid chart diagram.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately it is not possible to import a Visio diagram into an existing Lucidchart diagram. I recommend that you import the Visio diagram make the Visio diagram a template or master page then add your content to the diagram.
