For some reason I am getting the following message when I try to import UML data. I’m using a private account (not using an organisational one) so not sure why this would appear and how I can move past it

 

 

@js245f importing UML data is a premium feature. If you are on a free plan, then you would need to upgrade to the Individual plan to import UML data. It’s relatively affordable. For pricing, check out this link:

Taking a look at your account ​@js245f, I see that you’re on a paid individual plan and I think this is an odd error message for you to receive. Because I think this will be an account-specific issue, I have converted this to a private support ticket to get you taken care of. The team works through tickets in the order they are received, and you can expect a quick response to your email associated with your Lucid account.
