Hi there
Our staff ID have leading zeroes which are defined as text fields in excel. I am asking this because the Upload Photos need to be same as the Staff ID is there a way to upload/import the file with the leading zeroes in the LucidChart?

Hi Desmond thanks for posting in the Community! Unfortunately IDs starting with zeros will loose those leading zeros upon import. Thus I would recommend omitting the zeros when naming your images so they match the employee IDs in your Lucidchart Org Chart. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you!
