Hi there
Our staff ID have leading zeroes which are defined as text fields in excel. I am asking this because the Upload Photos need to be same as the Staff ID is there a way to upload/import the file with the leading zeroes in the LucidChart?

+7Hi Desmond thanks for posting in the Community! Unfortunately IDs starting with zeros will loose those leading zeros upon import. Thus I would recommend omitting the zeros when naming your images so they match the employee IDs in your Lucidchart Org Chart. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you!
