Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Unfortunately all Org Chart data imports will automatically adhere to the standard Org Chart layout. If you would you like your Org Chart to be laid out in the 'Circular Org Chart' format you will need to manually recreate this type of chart. My apologies for the inconvenience! We're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Would you mind adding a request for this import to our Feature Request form? Ideas submitted to this form are passed on to the product development team for their consideration.
