Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Before importing data into your Org Chart it is essential your table meets these three requirements:

• Every column of your table has a header.


• Every employee has a supervisor indicated either by name or an employee ID.


• Every supervisor is listed as an employee. Even the CEO will be listed as an employee with a blank corresponding supervisor cell.

If you have that down you are off to a great start. It's also important to note that all images must be uploaded from your computer or linked from a public source. If the URL in question is not a public URL Lucidchart will not be able to pull the photo into the Org Chart. Here's our Lucid Help Desk article on Org Charts that should help out along the way.
