I need to delete my Lucid account

Hey, I can't delete my Lucid account could you help me please with that?

Hi Mateo

We're sorry to see you go. To close your account you must first cancel your subscription (if you have one).

Then navigate to your Account Settings and select “User Settings” in the left navigation bar. From there, you will have an option to delete your Lucid account.
Once your account is closed we will no longer be able to retrieve the documents you have created and saved to our systems. Please download and save any documents you will need before closing your account.

Unable to gain access to the org's administration portal.  Will try on second round

Hi there 

Thanks for posting in the community! If you are trying to access your accounts Admin panel please navigate to the menu on the left hand side of your Lucid home screen and click Admin. Note you must be a Team Admin Team and Billing Admin or the Account Owner to view this screen. 

If this is not what you are trying to accomplish please feel free to reply with additional context on your issue.
