To remove the arrows on your Lucidchart diagram,  you can try these steps:

1. Identify the Arrows

• These arrows may be individual shapes, icons, or part of a group object.

2. Select the Arrows

• Click directly on an arrow. If they are grouped with other objects, you may need to:
  • Right-click the group and select Ungroup, then click on the arrow to select it individually.
• Alternatively, use the Selection Tool (from the toolbar) and drag it over the area containing the arrows to select multiple arrows at once.

3. Delete the Arrows

• Once selected, press the Delete or Backspace key on your keyboard.
• You can also right-click on the selected arrow(s) and choose Delete from the context menu.

4. Check Layers

• If the arrows do not respond to the above steps, they may be on a locked layer:
  • Open the Layers Panel (accessible via the right-hand toolbar or "View > Layers").
  • Unlock the relevant layer containing the arrows, then proceed to select and delete them.

5. Inspect Conditional Formatting (if applicable)

• If the arrows are part of conditional formatting, remove them by
  • Clicking on the Format Panel (on the right).
  • Navigating to Conditional Formatting and reviewing any rules applied that might create these arrows.
  • Delete or adjust the rules as needed.

6. Export or Save Changes

• After removing the arrows, ensure you save the changes or export the updated diagram if needed.

If the arrows persist despite these steps, it might be a rendering issue. Refresh the browser or check if any hidden objects in the diagram settings are generating them.

It looks like these are likely from a conditional formatting rule that’s been applied to add an icon on certain conditions. Here is an image that shows where to manage conditional formatting from the left hand panel. Let me know if you think that’s the problem. You can deselect a rule or delete it if you prefer.

It seems like the screenshot you have provided is from Lucidspark, hence the panel on the left differentiates from the one in Lucidchart that ​@Shantel Gillette screenshotted here.

When having your board open, could you please click on “Edit in Lucidchart” and follow the steps suggested by ​@Shantel Gillette?
