I can't remove arrows on my org chart

​@Constance Happy New Year! That does sound odd and frustrating. It sounds like the arrow is linked to another shape, which might be in the shape’s settings. I would recommend trying with single-clicking and double-clicking to see if that gives you a different result. I would also try dragging the cursor over the arrow to see if it selects it by itself. If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend submitting a ticket.
