I have been using the free version for a while. I'm ready to move to the paid version. However I cannot access my documents (only two) that I've previously created. Can I somehow recover those documents?

Most of the time cases like these actually stem from having logged into a secondary account. If you could also include the titles of the documents that are missing that would be super helpful.
