I am the owner of the document but for reason it looks that i can only view and no edit

Hi there! Thanks for the post. Is there a chance you are trying to access premium features above your subscription level? This includes things like Visio import edit capability data linking UML shape libraries etc. You can find more information in our Account Types article. Normally a pop up should appear explaining this but can sometimes be disabled due to your browser settings.

If you don't think this is the case please let me know!
