How to show advanced features (grey little squares) of shapes as in the screenshot below. It seems that they randomly hide and show up and I don't know what I should do.

Hi Serhii - Thanks for reaching out! Those grey squares on UML sequence shapes appears when the shape has been selected. If you're selecting the shape and do not see those squares the issue may be related to browser version and internet connection. Make sure your browser is up to date (we recommend Google Chrome for optimal performance) and cache/cookies have been cleared.
