How to share chart link to begin on base level layer not upper layers?

I am trying to share my chart but when I click on the link to test it starts on my upper layers instead of my base layer. I had it set to the base layer when I clicked "share".

Hi Megan

Thanks for posting your question! Before you generate your share link can you double check that you've synced visibility with the layers menu on the bottom right-hand side of your document? Below is a screenshot to help you find exactly where this is.

Anytime you change the visibility of a layer "sync visibility" will appear blue. This means the visibility settings of your layers have not been pushed to published or future printed/downloaded versions of your document. When layers are synced it will turn grey.
