I’ve been working on a Lucidspark file for several weeks, and decided to try a template from here: https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/templates/prioritize-by-grouping-example. It wasn’t what I was looking for, so I deleted it.

My problem is: the template contained some kind of text transformation property that adds an arrow (up, down or sideways) behind a text field whenever the text “low”, “medium”, or “high” is typed. So even though I deleted the template, all through my file now, whenever those words appear, or whenever I type them, the corresponding arrows appear. As you can see in the screenshot, the arrows also appear in text fields and frames that contain those words, even if it’s part of another word like “allow”, or “highlight”.

I’ve looked through all the properties, and can see no way to turn this off. Is there a way to disinfect my file from this template setting? I would prefer not to have to start a whole new file.

Thanks!

Nevermind, I figured it out. I had to open the Lucidspark file in Lucidchart, and the setting was in there: Conditional Formatting. I found the rules in there and deleted them.

Thanks to anyone who might have been in the process of answering this!
