How do I make sub sections in the outer circle i.e. between 2 circles? Screenshot posted in comments for reference

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! This isn't a native shape that we have however you could import your shape as an SVG file or you could utilize our Flex Polygon to create your own shape.

Your best bet here might be to import these images as custom shapes for use in your diagrams.
