Hello,

I am a novice user of Lucid and would like to ask the community: how do you all get your flowcharts to look good when transferred to a Microsoft Word document or Powerpoint? Once I create a flowchart, I keep having to adjust all of the shape sizes to accommodate larger text, and it’s really a guessing exercise.

I’ve looked into the integration but my company won’t allow me to install integrations, though I’m going to speak to them again. I need a non-integration fix. Please advise! I hate it when stuff doesn’t look good or the resolution of the text or scale is off.

Hello @hello_ocean - welcome to the Lucid experience and glad you are enjoying it.

My recommendation would be to select the area of your diagram, right-click and then ‘Export’ it. I usually ‘Export to PNG’ (it’ll probably end up in your ‘Downloads’ folder) and then insert that into any document I choose.

It looks great and avoids any rework when in Word.

Hope that helps, but please reach out if you need any more assistance.
