I’ve recently downgraded to an Individual plan from a Teams plan. I was wondering how I get access to all of the LucidChart documents that were produced by my team as I would have thought, as admin, I would have access to them all?

Hey @Matt R101 -- thanks for posting! To clarify, prior to downgrading, did you delete the members of the team? If so, you should have had the option to transfer their files to your account and, if transferred, you should have a folder that is titled “From: email address.” If you do not, and you have already downgraded, we may need you to submit a support ticket to us at support@lucidchart.com so we can take a closer look and determine if we can get these documents transferred to you.
