Hi-


I placed text inside a shape and then later added an action. I now need to edit the text but am only see options for editing the action. How do I directly edit the text without affecting the action? The situation is shown below.


 


Hi Jim thanks for posting in the Lucid Community. It should be possible to edit the text in your shape by double-clicking inside the shape. Could you make sure you are not using the hotkey to edit actions when you try this (CMD+K/CTRL+K)? One thing to note is that the action/link itself is connected to the overall shape not the text inside it. If this doesn't work for you could you let me know the specific shape/shape library you are using?
