I've created a typical org chart using one of the default templates but later I discovered that there is an "Account Map" template that uses "Advanced Contacts" and "Swim Lanes". Is it possible to convert my existing org chart template to the advanced contact/account map template without having to rebuild everything from scratch?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community. Unfortunately there is not a method to convert an org chart to an account map as they are separate shape libraries. However you could use the Lucidchart Sales Solution to automatically create an account map. This Help Center article describes how you can do this. Please let me know if you have further questions!
